A beautiful day was upon us, so plans were made to join the neighbors on a trek to one of the local parks and maybe splash around in the water. Afterwards we enjoyed a little picnic and played once more. The kids all had a good time pretending to be pirates and "walking the plank" otherwise known as sliding. Of course I was the only good pirate, and I encountered numberous attacks from the bad ones, but came out fairly unscathed.
